30-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return most physical items within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened and in their original packaging.
Items we can't take back
- Gift cards, eGift cards, software, subscriptions and other digital codes once delivered.
- Opened personal care, beauty and supplement products, and opened pet hygiene products, for health reasons.
- Items damaged through misuse or not in their original condition.
How to start a return
- Email support@shopdiscountflow.com or call +1 901-377-8055 with your order reference (TS-XXXXXX).
- We'll send return instructions and the return address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it back. We recommend a tracked service.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Let us know within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll send a replacement or a full refund, including shipping.
Exchanges
The quickest way to swap an item is to return it for a refund and place a new order request.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order request any time before it ships, or before a digital code is sent, by contacting us.
